A Beginners Adventures in zero-waste living: I made the decision to go 0W/PF a few weeks ago, and so far I have had some success and some failure.

Failure: I fell prey to temptation in the #gardein section at the grocery store. Their fishless filets are so good, and... well that's my only excuse. Will start testing recipes to replace that.

Failure: I also did buy some canned beans, after deciding that recycling the cans is perhaps better than buying the dried beans that come in a plastic bag. I have not yet found a bulk option for beans, but will keep looking.

Success: I was able to resist the extreme temptation of the vegan cheese section, and making my own vegan cheeses has been working for me just fine.

Tough choices I see ahead:
Maldon flake salt
TOFU
Cocoa powder/vegan chocolate chips
