dari data telemetri lora yang didapat dari @tinygs, lalu di masukkan ke aplikasi google earth, kita bisa melihat dengan sangat jelas perbedaan ketinggian rata - rata antara satelit gaofen, spacebee, dan starlink.

urutan dari paling tinggi ke paling rendah :
gaofen, spacebee, starlink.

untuk gaofen sendiri terbagi lagi. ada yang atas dan bawah. yang bawah hampir sama dengan spacebee.

to get lora signal from starlink satellite is more difficult than signal from gaofen/tianqi satellite. gaofen signal at 70cm is stronger. while starlink signal at 2m is relatively weaker. from my experience, besides LNA, the main factor that will dramatically change the reception of lora signal from starlink is the use of filters. yes. a sharp frequency filter at 137 mhz will really help and change the situation. believe me!

If you open @tinygs web console, you will find the radiating map as below. from the heatmap we can find out the radiation pattern of the antenna we are using and the distribution of the satellite that the lora board receives.

after i double checked, i realized that there is an altitude difference between 137mhz and 433 mhz satellites. 433 satellites like #gaofen 21,22,23,24 operate at 800km. norby at 550km. while 137 satellites like #starlink and #spacebee are at 300-500km.

China's hyperspectral Earth observation satellite put into use.

China's #hyperspectral satellite for Earth observation has gone into use after completing in-orbit tests, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, the primary developer of the spacecraft, announced on Tuesday.

The #satellite, #Gaofen-5 02, was launched into space on Sept. 7, 2021. Designers mounted seven payloads on it, including short-wave infrared hyperspectral cameras.
