#gameIdea: a game world with where the player is assigned different goals that give them a very different perspective on the world and what should be done in there.

the game mechanics do not change, just the interpretation by the goal tracker. but the player shapes the world around them.

Wouldn't be such a bad idea for a game:

You get murdered, there is an afterlife, but you are a cold bitter fuck. Your house is purchases by a family, you start terrorising them, you either drive them out or possess them and then make them commit suicide or kill their families, or go on a shooting spree.

Rinse and repeat.

You have to fight off exorcists and scare supernatural investigators, or stay silent making the family that you terrorist look like complete nut jobs.

Either in full FPV 3D or like a top down 3D where you can watch the house from above, like "Dungeon Keeper".

Global online stats of who has been the biggest asshole, and Steam achievements for doing awful things to the families who move in. Level up your demon and gain new skills to terrorise the living.

I get 10% of the sales.

For my next game project, I need accurate falling mechanics

Might seem a bit silly, but I would love for games like ace combat or squad to include non-violent missions like picking up Astronauts landing in sea. (Or cosmonauts being picked up in the forest).

I wonder how different #OregonTrail would be if parts of it were played in the third person, and it had modern-day survival mechanics. #GameIdea

dumb game idea: metroidvania/Xanadu style platformer RPG with a blemmye protagonist called Lemmye the Blemmye. You fight through a menagerie of medieval bestiary weirdness to ... I don't know ... rescue a sacred magical pail stolen by the hated monopods a village over.

#gameidea Six characters are in the audience. The magician remembers each character in the audience, individually. Then the audience is crushed by a giant triangular piece of marble.
Game idea (it's much easier to have ideas than to do things): You are presented with one of the passage houses from Pokemon. The guard will not let you though, and recites a long Dostoevsky-esque speech about the nature of the law. The game then ends. #gameidea
Freeze Tag - A New Holiday Community Game Idea for Second Life

For many years, the Second Life community has been familiar with one recurring holiday event: the traditional snowball fight played together with the Lindens.

Jackie’s Substack - A Different Take of Second Life

What if there was a new show where people are tasked to spot the fake AI image and point out what gives it away as not being real?

“Spot the Fake!”

You get rewarded money for pointing out every flaw or glitch in the AI Generated image, and the one with the most callouts wins.

There are 3 rounds. Each round getting progressively harder. How is that for a show idea? Think it could spread awareness on what to look out for if you suspect an image being AI Generated?

The ending of the show will always say “Pick up the pencil and support human artists.”
