Many retro game stores re-wrap opened games before putting them on display.

Two quick ways to tell the difference:

• Y-Folds on disc games like PlayStation and Xbox titles
• H-Seams on Nintendo cartridge boxes such as NES and SNES

These manufacturing details are one of the easiest ways to spot real factory sealed games.
