Im Juli 2019 wechselte #Gab, ein Netzwerk, das mit #Hasstexten, #Antisemitismus und #Rassismus in Verbindung gebracht wird, auf einen Mastodon-Fork und betrieb plötzlich den größten Knoten des Netzes.
