#Vegetarian scoff for my tea today. Diced and parboiled tater, steamed cabbage, then fry along with chopped leek, tomato, mushroom and onion. Added a little onion marmalade and a good handful of parsley late on. Fried eggs. For dessert, a bottle of #Fullers 180th anniversary #porter.
