Why does #AviationFuel not get #taxed?

Yet if I were try to dodge #FuelTax by using #HeatingOil in a #Diesel engine [Which I never did and never will as a matter of principle, not only because it's a felony but because Heating Oil does not conform to modern Diesel Standards and thus causes issues down the line. Also I own a gasoline car so shoving diesel or even even heating oil in it won't be possible without some adaptor as the fuel pump nozzle won't fit!] I'd get at the very least an extremely hefty fine by customs!
So if @Bundesregierung wants to get like €7B+ in Fuel Tax as #revenue, it should just abolish any #FuelTaxExemptions entirely.

But they won't do that because #CDU / #CSU already caved in towards #StochasticTerrorism by right-#extremist #farmers!
