25-something years ago I worked in the same organisation as a woman, let's call her Mary. Different sections, we barely interacted. I moved job, haven't seen sight nor sound of her since.
25-something years later, Mary and I are now working again in the same building, though for different organisations. We need to mail each other, she reminds me of our acquaintance.

Today I downloaded a photo of a painting from the 1920s or 1930s (unclear which) from Instagram, who locked the account I literally just use to see shit that is only on Instagram.
The unlock link is… expired? never worked? and I can get through the whole "get me back into the account" flow right up to the end, when it announces my device is not recognized.
Every device I own.
No other way to inquire about it. The bot that was handing people accounts the other day is now useless.
