It uses another address or api that i can't block reasonably to display ads like firebaseremoteconfig.googleapis.com

If you have ever considered signing up for the therapeutic cannabis program in New Hampshire, just don’t. Don’t give any of those shitty dispensaries your money.
They fought for the right to market to us and when they did our privacy was violated. And I’m still mad about it because it took me a year to find out that the consequences were that they had to write a statement explaining how they won’t do it again. That’s it.
Just go buy Weed and Maine or Mass. It’s more affordable anyway. And the edibles are better.
The fact that the dispensaries asked to be able to market it to us fills me with rage. There are only four in this whole state. They don’t need to market to us we know who they are.

But last year after I received this postcard I freaked out and I contacted the director of the therapeutic cannabis program. His name is Michael Holt. I asked him multiple questions about this, but the most important questions I had are what are the consequences for this privacy violation, and what legislation changed this program to allow them to market to us. (This was so I could find out what state rep introduced that bill so I could have a go at getting them or their opposition to fix it.) I asked these questions immediately upon receiving these postcards, then I asked them a few other times throughout the past 12 months. Regarding the consequences he told me they would receive the full consequences. The dispensary I used to go to told me that those consequences are probably thousands of dollars. That’s actually not a consequence to a corporation enjoying record profits, but whatever. Last week, 12 months later, this man still hasn’t told me what legislation changed the law, but he finally told me that their consequences were that they were required to write a statement explaining how they will make sure this never happens again. I fucking cried. These people violated my HIPAA rights and the only consequence to them is that they had to write an essay saying they won’t do it again? Like the Bart Simpson meme where he has to write something 100 times on a chalkboard except they only had to write it once privately? I don’t think he’ll ever answer my question about what legislation changed to this because I accused him of stalling so long that I can’t even file a HIPAA complaint now because the statute of limitations is 180 days.
