Ok so updated the weekly photo bot to follow #fsprintmonday, #wexmondays and #sharemondays2022 and renamed it to @weeklyphotos

Also deployed it on dokku instead of just making sure my laptop doesnt go to sleep for the day, I have had that dokku running for like 8 years or so? Every time I use it it wants me to deploy more things, such a pleasure to use considering how much I absolutely hate "devops"
