Tell the UKs #NHS to piss off with their attempt to close public code repos. Code paid for by the public belongs to the public and shall be open by default, their own bloody policy says as much.
Yet they're panicking about llms code-sniffing for vulnerabilities, and are trying to placate their insecurities by hiding the public's code away from the public.

Victory after a decade preventing Radio Lockdown

유럽연합 집행위원회는 무선 장치에 사용자 임의 소프트웨어 설치를 제한하는 EU 무선 장비 규정 내 조항을 폐기하기로 결정했다. 이 조항은 2014년부터 WiFi 라우터, 휴대폰 등 무선 장치에 자유 소프트웨어 설치를 사실상 불가능하게 할 위험이 있었다. FSFE와 여러 단체의 10년 넘는 지속적인 활동과 법적 연구가 이뤄낸 성과로, 사용자 권리와 혁신 보호를 위한 중요한 승리다. 다만, 제조사 책임 전가를 통한 소프트웨어 제한 시도는 다른 규제에서 재등장할 가능성이 있어 지속적인 감시와 참여가 필요하다.
