Unfortunately had to DNF at 55km because of a medical problem. Slept a few hours and then started crewing for the people who where still running. A bit disappointed because of the DNF, but really enjoyed crewing.
And I know it was the right decision to stop. #nfw100 #ultrarunning #runnersofmastodon #fryslan #friesland

In natuurgebied Wyldemerk wordt op zondag 26 april een vlinderexcursie georganiseerd onder leiding van vlinderexpert Adriaan Hol. Tijdens de excursie maken deelnemers kennis met de rijke vlinderstand in het gebied en leren zij meer over het belang van biodiversiteit en natuurbeheer.

Tomorrow I’ll be at the starting line of the #nfw100, a 100-mile run through the northern Frisian forests (The Netherlands). It’s a small-scale, low-key event that I happen to organize myself, together with my friend Johannes. There will be 10 participants tomorrow.
