we are a group of friends who have been supporting our friend Ibrahim and his family in Gaza for the past two years. We’ve been raising funds through various channels, but the current situation means our efforts are no longer enough.
Now we want to relaunch this campaign to help Ibrahim open a grocery store and thereby contribute to the reconstruction and economic self-sufficiency of the people of Gaza. We’ll be sharing more here soon, along with materials and updates.
So far, we’ve relied on relationships built on trust, but we’re also aware of the number of fundraising campaigns out there and how difficult it can be to donate to people you don’t know. We’ll be adding to this initial message with some materials we have to explain how we operate.

La persona que escribe forma parte de un grupo de amigues que llevamos dos años apoyando a nuestro amigo Ibrahim y su familia en Gaza. Hemos estado recaudando por diferentes vías pero las condiciones actuales ya no alcanzan.

My name is Dalia. I am a mother of four children.For the past three years, we have been living without stability, without a real home to call our own. Our house was destroyed, and since then we have been moving from one place to another, carrying only what we could save.I am writing this with a heavy heart. As a mother, the hardest thing is not being able to provide safety, comfort, and basic needs for your children. My children are 17, 15, 13, and 5 years old. They deserve a safe place to sleep, proper food to eat, clean water to drink, and clothes that keep them warm.Every day is a struggle. We sleep on old mattresses. We lack many basic necessities.
