We rode from Northgate all over the city to Rainier Beach, passed through the folklife festival, used the brand new protected intersection, and returned via light rail.

-renovated restrooms among other improvements at recently reopened Be’er Sheva Park
-Chief Sealth Trail was built with recycled materials from demolition of MLK Way during light rail construction in the Rainier Valley
-Even Better Bike Lanes program reaches Swift Ave

Join us for an art tour from the Northgate Light Rail Station on a 9.1 mile route around north Seattle at a Leisurely (10-12 mph average on flat ground) pace! We will meet outside the ground level entrance of Northgate Light Rail Station (10200 1st Ave NE, Seattle, WA 98125). Bike access is from nearby neighborhood greenways including John Lewis Memorial Bridge over I-5.
