It would help so much. I would then not have to create bundles of accounts just to raise and issue or a pr. That would also help me explore and get a lot of things in one place, theoretically speaking.

i was thinking that we need a term for proprietary/centralized software
"prisonware" came to mind, and was reinforced when i saw a post describing google as a prison 🗝️

most people don't know what proprietary, or centralized mean in terms of software, much less that they are bad 🤷‍♀️

i really hope that in 100 years, it will be just as common and just as serious to say "i believe in Free+Decentralized Software" as it is now to say "i believe in free speech"

people are starting to understand, but only partly or for the wrong reasons (privacy, microslop, cost, etc)

are you committed to decentralization?

for me, that means both being open to new freedom tech AND remaining ready to use existing ones

i keep almost every decentralized/FOSS messaging app or my accounts on social medias
if anyone ever says to me "do you use _?"
i should always be able to say "yes"

@privacyguides I think #LinuxMobile is the only real path forward for freedom.

Instead of hoping in #Google, it would be better in the long run if concerned users rallied behind #Linux options (mainline or #Halium-based), and there are quite a few now, existing and upcoming.

@Auli @jcs I'm daily driving a #Librem5 with #postmarketOS and everything really important works for my use case, including legacy unencrypted phone calls (VoLTE), SMS messages, 4G data, Wi-Fi, web browsing, email, #e2ee comms with #SignalApp, #DeltaChat, #Matrix, #XMPP, latest apps from #Flathub, etc.

Even running many Android apps with #Fdroid and #Obtainium work via #Waydroid although I tested that on #PureOS, not #postmarketOS.

Sure it's nowhere as fast as mainstream Android phones and has only basic camera support, but then those aren't my priorities when looking at #freedomtech.
