This new National #Labor Relations Board (#NLRB) rule will take effect on December 26, 2023. It should make it easier for employees of #franchisees, #staffing agencies, and #subcontractors to organize #unions and seek collective #bargaining rights in certain circumstances with #franchisors, #contractors, and other potential joint #employers by expanding the legal definition of "joint employer."
