The Mack Walks
I love my early dawn walk. Next week I'll be battling against North Sea gales and spume as I fight my way up the coast road to #Fowlsheugh nature reserve but, for the next few days, I'm going to continue enjoy this balmy, mild weather.
I use my morning walk to allow the confusion of dreams and negative thoughts to shake off; evaporate, so that when I'm done I'm ready for the day (and work!).
