i am shook by Intel putting so many chips on a package. their #sc19 presentation, with Xe, & Xe-link, & some big cores, starting to use #foveros, using many applications of eimb... stitching together chip after chip after chip on package. it is a fantastic thing to picture.

and meanwhile, Intel is the only company "stuck in the past" on 14nm+…+ nodes.
