This is a recounting of one day several years ago, when we had two foster dogs, and our regular three. They were all 75 pounds; Mac was a big, white, goofy, deaf boy, Groceries had just become our foster. Micky, Zeus and Finn were our two boxers.

"Holy crap....this house. Four dogs in living room, three up and Micky laying down by me...the washer begins to spin...the plastic gate in the kitchen falls over right onto Mac's head---the deaf one--he never heard it coming and didn't react at all to it hitting him on the head----meanwhile, Finn, Zeus, and Grosh freaking took off like the world had just ended...Micky became alert, but didn't get up. Finn and Zeus were like "Holy crap, those damn gates are haunted right now."

I tell 'ya...it's a zoo here."

Our foster dog Peaches was adopted today! She's going to Canada to be with her new loving family. We're so excited that she's going to her forever home and we get to welcome another new foster dog soon!
