It seems it might be a response to the #fosta and #sesta laws (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/FOSTA-SESTA), but it also seems like that the fake anti-sexual exploitation group National Center on Sexual Exploitation's (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/National_Center_on_Sexual_Exploitation) hand might be also in it (they helped with FOSTA and SESTA)

I thought #KOSA was dead. Guess it was merely... resting there for a while. Those kinds of bills, like #FOSTA and #SESTA, are a problem and I hate that they pretend that it's about protecting kids online when it's not, it's about control and #censorship, particularly of info kids (or anyone else) may need.
