Diagnosed w!/ #degenerativediscdisease & #osteoarthritis w/ severe #foraminalstenosis @ C5-C6 & moderate to severe at C6-C7 w/ mild stenosis @ C2-C3, C3-C4 & C7-T1. GP says I can likely control it w/out negative impact, but groups online say expect deterioration
