SolarPunkNovaMy first serious forage meal. This is leftover Pemmican stew, dandelion greens, wild onions, wild onion greens, pho broth, rice sticks, and some butter. Because the pemican stew had so much stuff (carrots, celery, aconia berries, walnuts, flax seeds, almond, beef, fats) the stew had such a deep flavor and was so nutritious. I could do with slightly less bitterness, but the greens were a few days old and the pemmican stew was made somewhat bitter by the nuts. Still very good though, just add sugar and or eat with sweet bread.
