Making yogurt in the bread maker today. The last time I tried to make yoghurt was with my little yoghurt maker in August. It doesn't have a thermostat so the heat took it over the edge and it didn't work out.

I baked a veiny borg cube.
I left dough proofing in the bread maker at 38 celsius for about six hours longer than I should have and I'm baking it anyway.
It's probably look like god knows what when I retrieve it but it is by far the best smelling loaf I have ever baked.
