I wish I knew where this came from. It was my grandfather's and I saved it from a box my parent's were getting rid of when he died. It's a nightmare to dust, but I love the carved forced perspective of it. Reminds me of him every day.

This painting is the largest painting I've done in 15 years and the third ever largest I've ever done, but it's only a 12x12" 😁 I have experience with mostly tiny paintings. It's very personal to me and my second favorite of mine, after 'Forget Me Not, Sincerely Homeland'. The little 8x10 creation, one post before this.
