Я дал AI-агенту канбан-борд, и он справился с проджект-менеджментом лучше моей команды

Есть такой момент, знакомый каждому, кто долго работает в паре с AI. Сидишь в терминале, Claude генерит код, ты ревьюишь, правишь курс, снова запускаешь. Проходит пара часов, и ты понимаешь: никто не записал, что вообще произошло. Ни один тикет не обновлен. Таймер не запущен. Чат на тысячу строк, но он испарится, как только закроешь сессию. А когда коллега спросит, что было сделано за день, ты будешь восстанавливать картину по памяти. Удачи. Меня это достало. Заканчиваю марафон-сессию с Claude или Codex, ощущение, что гора работы сделана, а доска проекта все так же показывает Not Started. Тайм-трекинг? Какой тайм-трекинг. Разрыв между реальной работой и тем, как выглядит проект, стал просто нелепым.

Ah! Parece que não conseguir se registrar não é um bug, mas uma feature! 😄

Achei isso:

"Registering the first user
After installing the server, open a browser to the domain you used (or #^http://localhost:8000 for local installs). You should be redirected to the login screen. Click the link to register a new user instead, and complete the registration.

The first user registration will always be permitted, but subsequent registrations will require an invite link which includes a code. You can invite additional users by clicking on your username in the top left, then selecting “Invite users”.

I thought I would try ##Focalboard next.
I found that it won't allow visibility of the calendar across multiple boards. What good is that? I could easily double-book my time from a card on one board with a card from another.

Are there any comparable #SelfHosting alternatives to #Notion?

Currently looking into #Focalboard, and it comes very close, but I'm kinda missing linking cards from different boards, e.g. linking a card of a commission idea to the card of an artist, so I can sorta cross-reference them 🤔

So, I’m looking into #SelfHosting alternatives for #Notion and #Focalboard seems promising. However the import function is kinda buggy

It imports multiple tags as single tag (comma separated keywords all smooshed together into one) and sometimes it doesn’t import anything at all with a generic HTTP 500 error, no error on the docker logs and no error message on the web app 😕

Switching branches on the GitHub repo and running the conversion script again doesn’t do the trick

So close, yet so far

Focalboard (from Mattermost) seems to be a good enough desktop Kanban application for tracking personal tasks/projects, when you need something a bit more sophisticated than a To Do list.

It is quite flexible and has templates for tracking various kinds of things.
