The power of Foam. We live in an Eichler (Mid Century Modern from the 50's) that has a flat roof. In 2014 we installed solar AND had the roof foamed Today it is 90 Degrees outside and 75 inside WITH the windows open. That is a huge difference and means unlike our neighbor we do not have to run our HVAC

Insulation plus the white reflective coating works well. Also our solar system is now 10 years old and still chugging away with no fuss.over 62 mega watts generated to date and provide more shade
