Några timmar senare än ursprungligen planerat åkte jag från Ulm. Det blev ett längre uppehåll i Bregenz för att åka med WESTbahn till Innsbruck istället för ÖBB. Inga problem med Interrail för oss som slummar i 2 kl. Moderna tåg. Pissoar i samma utrymme som toaletten.
Dessa tåg syns inte i den vanliga ÖBB-appen, bara i ”ÖBB Scotty”
Fin resväg, bakom Bregenz (som ligger vid Bodensjön) blir det snabbt bergigt. En hel del tunnlar. #interrail #tågluff #traintravel #flygfritt

I had planned to stay two nights in Würzburg but the weather forecast (rain and gale) and a job interview made me reconsider. Two night trains in a row wasn’t a good idea but it worked. The new ÖBB train was more comfortable (less noise, felt smoother) than Trenitalia’s. The next time I go to Sicily I would probably go during the day to somewhere south of Salerno, stop overnight and take a day train the next day. And something similar going north. More day trains = higher flexibility with #interrail as long as you have hotels you can cancel.
Saturday; Milazzo - Messina - Bologna
Sunday: Bologna - Verona - Bolzano - Brenner - Innsbruck. - Hamburg
Monday: Hamburg - Malmö
Tuesday: Malmö - Stockholm
