So with EMPAKIDNEY, I have fulfilled my role as a #Flozinator, which started with off-label prescribing 6 yrs ago.
Some of my thoughts about SGLT2i:
1. benefit seems somewhat less in non-albuminuric kidney dz -> use but need more options
2. MUST study in transplant, yesterday
