when I got into this painting I saw more and more that I liked. There's another bay beyond the town with sunlight, and the light frames the houses on the hill. There is a little purple in the water, on the shoreline, and a few warm colored houses, to offset the overall coolness with the blue and grey. I love the feeling of the clouds which couldn't look just like that but maybe they felt just like that, kind of like big heavy floofy things with light behind them
