Then we just did the class playing off each others energy and had a great time. And the participants felt so as well. Managed to do a great meld with her having a bunch of her slower dance routines to keep from overexerting. Me putting together a standing balance/stability block and a floor based core strength/stability. It paired remarkably well with basically zero coordination.
And then awesomeness for being there for eachother.
