This was a pretty interesting video interpretation (that does leverage AI somewhat creatively) of the first 12 minutes or so of #FiresignTheater’s “Don’t Crush That Dwarf, Hand me the Pliers”

I mean, COME ON! He’s wayyyy old and very white AND a surrealist! Harris/Tirebiter ‘24!!! #Harris #firesigntheater
The Firesign Theatre was a 1960s comedy group; they did really odd but fascinating mix of golden age radio and surrealism. On their record, "I Think We're All Bozos on this Bus," the "bus" is actually referring to both a vehicle and also a computer bus. I wonder how the Firesign Theater guys found out about computer buses. (1/2)

Something different (and well-aged, still clever and very funny), a “theater of the mind” story-tell, Firesign Theater style.
Seasonal - and in my case, exactly so now (which is why I thought of it). The whole album is here - take a (re)listen, a free ‘book on tape’.

... I thought they were kidding when they said they were going to use the footage they did, so I can say I was full monty in front of at least 7 million initial viewers.

And yet those great people made me look like the SANE one, for which I have never lost gratitude.

Wow, that was a lot... and of course it was nothing. Here are some conversation starters for me: #MontyPython #FIresignTheater #IndiePop, #AncientWaysFestival, #QueenOfHeavenNYE, #RickAndMorty, #GreatfulDead. \
