Heute war ich (glaube ich) zum ersten Mal in einem Film auf der Berlinale.
Es gab "The Ballad of Judas Priest".
Einen Film den ich empfehlen kann, auch wenn Jack Black und vor allem Tom Morello viel zu viel Platz bekommen. Bei letzteren kein Wunder, macht er doch den Film. Aber fairerweise hat es das auch lustiger gemacht.

I recently took these shots of the Kamala River, deep in southeastern Nepal where it crosses the Indian border. This area is a vital yet understated waterway that weaves through the plains of the Terai region. It flows gently across a lush and fertile landscape, its banks lined with fields of rice, sugarcane, and jute. The river serves as a lifeline for the surrounding communities, providing irrigation and supporting local livelihoods through fishing and small-scale farming.

It has been truly rewarding to work in the region and deepen my understanding of its unique character. I only wish I had the chance to spend even more time there. 11/2024.

Up close and personal vol 3.

This photo is from my next film "Face to Face with Orcas" broadcast in March. It is a hunting image during a feeding of about thirty orcas and two humpback whales in Norway in January last year. You can see on the pic my friend Rodolphe Guignard who is the protagonist of my film. The water temperature was about 3 degrees celsius (37 Fahrenheit) and choppy, choppy, choppy :-)

This image is from my film "Face to Face, Overcoming Fear with Sharks" that I made and broadcasted last year. In the photo, my friend, photographer Rodolphe Guignard, is seen petting a female tiger shark. It may seem weird or dangerous but it is less dangerous than to take a highway.
I hope that my films about our relationship with these predators will allow people to grasp just how intrinsically tied together is  : Faune, Flora, even our own future.
