Q: I run Ubuntu 25.10 and use filen.io to mount a cloud service to sync files between computers (limited to a specific folder). But it doesn't work to autostart it as it is out of sandbox - is there any way to go around that limitation? It has worked before and I trus filen.io so I have no issues to use some kind of fix to cirkumvent the settings for that specific app. #linux #question #ubuntu #filenio

Hab mir https://filen.io mal angeschaut, Desktop-App ist super und Synchronisation sehr gut konfigurierbar. 🌟👍🏻 Notiz-App mobile ist nur ziemlich umständlich von UX her, Abzüge in B-Note. ;) Sonst sehr vielversprechend, auch vom Pricing.

Über die Leute dahinter (UG in Deutschland) lässt sich leider wenig herausfinden, das erhöht nicht unbedingt den Trust. Auch Security-Audit steht noch aus. 🤷‍♂️ Lifetime-Abo ist aktuell pausiert.
