I'm looking for a stim/fidget toy that is comparable to my skin-picking of my fingers.

The sensation that appeals to me most about skin-picking is the feeling of something underneath the fingernail of the picking finger. In the case of skin-picking, it's a skin imperfection or small protrusion on the tips of my fingers.

But what if I could find something that basically mimics the imperfection or protrusion?

I think those silicone poppers are the most annoying #Fidgets ever and I feel like crying a little whenever people give them to my kids. The noise is so irritating!
