For this #WIPWednesday I have been mostly doing cross stitch with a bit of knitting sprinkled in. I worked on my faith cross project and have made some progress on the base of the cross. I also shopped for floss and aida for a new start which I am quite excited about. Even though I still have a way to go to finish my current cross stitch, it is always reassuring to have a new start ready to go in the stash. The photo is of my progress today ☺️
The internet tells me that there is a book called “Natural dyes for education and colour experimentation”, targeting educational and artistic users, that can be downloaded (licensed under CC BY-NC-ND 4.0) and looks quite interesting:
I've gotten the information that there's a new open access book out, about - natural dyes! The book is the result of an EU project to help revive natural dyeing, but is mainly geared towards educational and artistic users. You can download the pdf for free from this website.
