About 5 years ago I made three quilted color books for the children of three of my nieces. This morning one of my nieces, a special ed teacher for young children, sent me a text, “know there will always be little one treasuring it”. She sent a video of one of her young students identifying the colors on each page. Just like that my cup is full to overflowing. 🥹

I may not be sure of past me's decision-making skills, but I think this is going to look great. So far it's only involved one swear word, a growl, and two thumb stabs. It's sooo shiny, it's sometimes hard to count near the beads, but I shall carry on!

This might be it! I am happy to share the tentative final draft of Unicorn At Rest In The Lilac Wood. I made the flowers blue to match better with the mane and made both cliff faces the same combinations of purple.
