An early attempt at a carnival look that also used the cat hood to hide her hair but I ended up going with a marionette look instead.

M4 prog glam :> Very loosely Wicked Thunder themed.
I see a lot of people don’t like this red mage weapon, but it has such a bright ambient glow that works well with much of the S9 themed looks and the neon accent details.
