20 minutes of strength training.
16 KM of #Cycling (9°C, 81% humidity, and 10 KM/H wind).

Good workouts, strength was hard (still getting used to the newer heavy weights). Went out for a nice, cool, and slow ride before stopping to pick up some groceries. Knee is slowly improving.

Bonus; today I finally hit 14 days of consistent sleep duration after the tumultuous #FestivalLife time.

Last day of #CityFolk music. Caught a bit from each stage; Tobi was really great.

Monday #Workout:
22 minutes of strength training (loading the truck).
5.2 KM of #Cycling

Last day of #FestivalLife for a while. Sad it's over, glad it's done. One of the best years, I think. Everyone's tired.

Celebrated the end by watching Hackers, released 30 years ago (what!?). Soundtrack continues to be *epic*.

Tomorrow, life returns to "normal".

*Saturday's* #Workout:
6.2 & 5.1 KM of #Cycling (18°C, 60% humidity, with a 3 KM/H wind).

#FestivalLife is hard on my fitness, though it is fun. Got to do some interesting IT stuff for a band and got a sticker as thanks. I do enjoy working with nice humans.

Today is our last day of music. Should be good… then we take it all down, pack it up, and put everything away for the season.

Good workouts, ride to #FestivalLife and back was good. Progress setting up the festival's network was good. Weather was about perfect for me.

I officially am now certified to drive telehandlers (got my card yesterday). 😳 …though I'd like a lot more practice, time permitting.

Thursday #Workout:

9.3 KM+ 5.1 KM of #Cycling (22°C, 60% humidity, and 16 KM/H wind, gusting to 33KM/H).
65 mins of strength training.

First strength workout was tough, and the second one was in three parts; two loading the truck and one unloading the truck at Lansdowne.

Day 1 of CityFolk #FestivalLife. We're in good shape, even if we had to cut the day a bit short due to lightning. Biked home in the rain, which was perfect.

Wednesday #Workout:
222 seconds of plank.
11 minutes of yoga for runners.
20 minutes of pilates.
29.2 KM of #Cycling (13°C, 87% humidity, and 9 KM/H wind).

Tried something other than strength workout for kicks. Bike ride was nice while it was still cool out - I swung by Lansdowne to have a look-see and festival gear has started to arrive. 🖖🏻 We move there tomorrow starting the last #FestivalLife of the year.
