L'Unità: Raffaella Carrà, spunta il “figlio adottivo segreto”: “È Gian Luca Pelloni Bulzoni, il suo segretario e ora erede unico”
Quasi cinque anni la sua scomparsa, avvenuta il 5 luglio del 2021, Raffaella Carrà fa ancora notizia. L’icona della tv italiana, morta per un tumore ai polmoni all’età di 78 anni, aveva un figlio adottivo segreto.
A rivelarlo oggi è il Corriere della Sera, che ha scoperto dunque l’unico erede legittimo del patrimonio dell’artista, e dei diritti d’immagine e d’autore delle sue opere, tramite una ordinanza del tribunale di Roma del febbraio scorso.
L’erede di Raffaella è Gian Luca Pelloni Bulzoni: oggi titolare della “Arcoiris edizioni musicali”, nato a Ferrara nel 1964 ma residente a Roma, è stato il segretario personale e manager di Raffaella e tra le persone a lei più vicine e care, tanto da spingere l’artista ad adottarlo.
La vicenda è emersa tramite un contenzioso giudiziario tra lo stesso Pelloni Bulzoni e una società spagnola che aveva portato in scena il musical teatrale “Ballo ballo”, di cui Pelloni Bulzoni aveva chiesto l’inibitoria alla “realizzazione, distribuzione, pubblicizzazione e rappresentazione, in qualsiasi forma e tramite qualunque mezzo” per l’assenza del suo consenso.
Al di là dell’esito del contenzioso, che ha visto in ogni caso la giudice del tribunale di Roma Laura Centofani non concedere l’inibitoria perché di fatto le 36 rappresentazioni teatrali del musical, successive al film del 2020, si sono già svolte e non ne sono previste altre, la notizia “vera” è proprio la circostanza per cui Gian Luca Pelloni Bulzoni aveva presentato richiesta al Tribunale in qualità di “figlio adottivo e unico erede legittimo della nota artista”, come si legge nell’ordinanza.
Dunque dalle carte Pelloni Bulzoni emerge come unico erede, non avendo l’artista avuto figli: non è chiaro se vi siano accordi di altro tipo, forse già stipulati in passato, con i due nipoti di Raffaella, Matteo e Federica Pelloni, figli del fratello di Raffaella, morto anche lui a soli 56 anni.

Almost five years have passed since her disappearance, which occurred on July 5, 2021, Raffaella Carrà is still making headlines. The icon of Italian television, who died from lung cancer at the age of 78, had a secret adopted son.
To reveal this is today the Corriere della Sera, which has discovered the only legitimate heir to the artist's estate, and the rights of image and authorship of her works, through a court order from last February in Rome.
The heir of Raffaella is Gian Luca Pelloni Bulzoni: today the owner of “Arcoiris edizioni musicali”, born in Ferrara in 1964 but resident in Rome, he was Raffaella’s personal secretary and manager and one of the people closest and dearest to her, so much so that she adopted him.
The story emerged through a legal dispute between Pelloni Bulzoni and a Spanish company that had staged the theatrical musical “Ballo ballo,” for which Pelloni Bulzoni had requested a ban on “realization, distribution, advertising and representation, in any form and through any means” due to the absence of his consent.
Beyond the outcome of the dispute, which saw Rome District Judge Laura Centofani not grant the injunction because, in fact, the 36 theatrical performances of the musical, following the 2020 film, had already taken place and none are planned, the “real” news is the fact that Gian Luca Pelloni Bulzoni had submitted a request to the Court in the capacity of “adopted son and sole legitimate heir of the famous artist,” as stated in the order.
From the documents, Pelloni Bulzoni emerges as the sole heir, as the artist had no children: it is unclear whether there are any other agreements, perhaps already made in the past, with Raffaella’s nephews, Matteo and Federica Pelloni, sons of Raffaella’s brother, who also died at the age of 56.
