okay #fencers of mastodon, hit me
i just had a real bloodthirsty weekend and got a provincial bronze which far exceeded my expectations, and even today i beat fencers who are significantly better than me on the whole. and i've been told to join nationals in August.
i reckon this might be a good incentive to actually take fencing a bit more seriously? and really lean in to a high-performance nationals?
so what i'm asking is, does anyone have any good fitness routines for epee fencers? especially ones focusing on balance and stamina, i am quite ungainly.
