Immacule Lab, located north of the bayou on Fairbanks North Houston Road, was charged with water pollution, a felony, on Wednesday. Court records show the discharge of the thick, white substance occurred April 15.
Prosecutors alleged in a court filing this week that Fort Bend County Judge KP George, who is facing two felony charges of money laundering, used campaign funds to pay for his personal property taxes as well as a down payment on a house.
