I felt shattered for this whole week and I honestly dunno if it's due to my work, not being able to workout, the change in temperature (we're sporting 32°C already) or if ... I'm going down with the sickness (OH HA HA HA).

I hope it's not COVID but I can't be sure because I can't do nasal swabs right now 🤔

What a stupid time to be alive.

10 days ino this cold or flu I decided to check out it isn’t Covid. It isn’t
Until this morning it felt like it was here to stay but then around lunchtime I gradually began to feel less cold and headachey and that normality was back in sight. I can’t wait
