Something well maintained
Form is important but function reigns
Free is great, will accept paid if direct to dev payment is available
Must play nice with locked down Graphene
Separate apps that address different fedi functions are fine, even expected
Extra points if it gives a similar experience to the iOS app @IceCubesApp

I just got an Elk update in my browser. Elk is a great Fediverse client that happens to work very well with GoToSocial, the software running my instance. (And thanks to the GtS developers who helped make it happen.)

It's good to see development in Elk, and I hope it continues. Give it a try.

So langsam denke ich darüber nach, wieder einen Fediverse-Client auf meinem Telefon (Android) zu installieren. Welcher gefällt euch besser: Tusky oder Fedilab?

(Bisher hatte ich Tusky, ich bin aber offen dafür, andere Clients zu probieren)

Es gibt jetzt wirklich eine hübsche Auswahl an #FediverseClients mittlerweile! Schon fast ZU viele ... weil ich mich kaum noch entscheiden kann 😅

Ich bin jetzt sehr an #elk gewöhnt, empfinde den Feature-Umfang als recht vollständig, freue mich sehr über die Multi-Account-Unterstützung und darüber, dass meine #gotosocial accounts darunter auch absolut smooth funktionieren.

Und dann schau ich mir #phanpy an und muss zugestehen: Das ist schon auch wirklich ziemlich nice and candy! 😻
