📷 A week ago, I received a DM from a friend who knew from reading posts about the insufficient cooling unit in the cabin. They had organized contributions to buy an air conditioner.
Yesterday, a handyperson installed it—all paid for by FediFriends.
Isn’t it gorgeous—a 14000 BTU, EnergyStar-rated unit that, right now, is cooling the cabin while it’s 86º F outside—the first time I’ve been comfortable in the cabin on a hot afternoon.
