Some goodies from a recent glaze kiln. The mini tripod cups were something I started making years ago simply as glaze tests for the full sized mugs. Then people wanted to buy them.
Shot glass? Tea bag holder? You decide. :)
I'm especially proud of the brick red glaze on the porcupine and some of the cups. It was a lot of tinkering to get the chemistry right for red & not dull brown. Red is tough to get at cone 6 oxidation unless you use commercial stains.
