@mwcz Add the #RustLang tag to catch people not following the #Rust tag. And most times I see jobs being discussed, the #FediHire and/or #GetFediHired tags seem to make an appearance.
Maybe also make clear whether the job involves chatbots/agents, as that's a red line for a lot of people, and they may as well know from the get go.
