S★m V★rm★TLDR: you have to flip a switch in the options of the AirDrop menu, and then the video comes over in a folder, and the version of the file name with the E before the number has your cinematic moves baked in, whereas the other one is editable on import. Alternatively, you import directly from the Photos app, or by navigating to the photos in the import menu in FCP.
