Fartlek intervals for my last run for a few weeks, got an operation scheduled for tomorrow so will but out of action for some time and a fartlek intervals session was just the ticket .15 minutes warm up, 3 x 8 minutes at tempo with 3 minutes recovery and 15 minutes cool down.
