This is the first dish I ever made for @sebalicious when we first started dating. I was so nervous that I sliced my finger while mandalining the apples 😅. Now 3 years later, they helped me make it again for our family Thanksgiving meal! Delicious, perfectly executed, and no bloody fingers! 😅🥰

More soup for #soupseason! This is my favorite Veggie Tofu Miso Dashi "Ramen". I make the miso dashi from scratch and like to use spiralized zucchini noodles in place of the traditional ramen noodles, and then I always add a small spoonful of Vietnamese chili crisp to bring and delightfully numbing heat to it all. Nothing will work you to your core like this dish, and I must say Im a tad addicted 😅🤤🍜🌶
