I'm thinking of making an effort to rewatch a bunch of the shows I liked from Fall 2023 last year.

That is now the singe season of Anime I've completed the most Anime from. So like my past fiction on all of 2017 I may be uniquely qualified to revisit this season and see how well it's show hold up once Recencey Bias has dissipated.

Frieren is the one's durability is considered indisputable right now. And I'm not inclined to say it won't age well. But it's amusing how when I think about rewatching it part of me wants to skip right o the Exam Arc, which is technically not Fall 2023 anymore.

I'm probably not going to watch a lot of what I intended from Winter 2024. I paused quite a few Fall 2023 anime and I still have a lot of episodes to watch.

I think what I'm going to do is start Dungeon Meshi and Sengoku Youko from winter (the latter of the two, I already read the manga many years ago, so I know the story, at the very least, will be great. Adaptation-wise, it remains to be seen when I watch it). But I'm not going to start anything else from winter until I finish my fall shows. These two are the shows I'm most interested in from this season, so I'm 100% watching them.

Winter will end up as the season I watched the least in since I started following seasonals, most likely, but it is what it is. Hopefully I can finish fall as well as these 2 anime, and then get back in full force for spring! ​​

You know how I use the Extra Fields to write whatever it is I'm currently watching?

Apparently I'm watching so many this season that it doesn't even all fit (there seems to be a character limit). I had to shorten some of the titles.

And this is after I had already dropped and paused a few anime that I initially said I was going to watch.

Is this Mastodon telling me I'm watching too much stuff? . I'm not even up to date with them, tbh.

I have to say that the world FPS e-sports holds precisely zero interest. But the character work #ProtocolRain has going on outside of that is stellar. I have to say i don’t think Mitsuki will enjoy the results of telling Shun to abandon Mio-chan to gaming. Reminder: Mio-Chan is one of the highest MUST PROTEC rated characters of all of the #Fall2023Anime season, possibly of #2023Anime period (see previous toot).

#JJK Fluctuations, Part 2 was epic...I loved every moment and was thrilled by the set-up for the next episode. Now it's time to enjoy a video game...I'll probably play My Time at Portia because that's what comes to mind!

Still haven't gotten a confirmation of my appointment for the prodedure but...At least I was able to pick up the GaviLyte-G for when the time arrives for me to make use of it.
